Ways to Give

Since its inception in 2003, the Health and Wellness Foundation of Pike County (HWFPC) has contributed through grant funding programs to more than twenty five health and wellness initiatives in Pike County in a total amount exceeding $500,000.In support of our mission, we are committed to helping donors make impactful gifts that help improve health and well-being.  You can support HWFPC through various means, such as: create an advised fund; make an endowment; donate to our established programs; or contribute to a scholarship for students entering health-related fields.

While our focus and commitment remain dedicated to enhancing the health of Pike County, we feel our new name – Health and Wellness Foundation of Pike County (HWFPC) – more accurately reflects our intent to address issues related to wellness as manifested by health promotion, disease prevention and support of positive lifestyle decisions.  We believe this new focus remains in direct alignment with our original objective to strengthen existing health initiatives, foster the development of new programs and help build the capacity of health and wellness organizations of Pike County.

We would be very pleased to speak with you, about the role of charitable giving in your financial planning and how you may best structure a gift to the Health and Wellness Foundation of Pike County. To discuss your giving option, you may call the Foundation at 217-285-6080.
